Storage Fee Policy

Upon completion our office will confirm completion of rug(s) or upholstery by phone call, text and or email.

AREA RUG STORAGE

10 days after completion, if Janssen’s is still in possession of rug(s) storage fees will begin to accrue at the rate of $1.00 per “short end” liner foot per rug, per day.

RUG STORAGE FEE EXAMPLE:  if you have 2 rugs accumulating storage fees, sizes 8’x10’ and 5’x7’, your per day storage charge would be $13.00 per day. 8’+5’=13’ 13x$1.00=$13.00 per day

UPHOLSTERY STORAGE

5 days after completion, if Janssen’s is still in possession of upholstered piece(s) storage fees will begin to accrue at the rate of $1.00 multiplied by the volume of the piece, per day, per item. Volume will be calculated by Height x Width x Depth of the piece.

UPHOLSTERY STORAGE FEE EXAMPLE:  if you have a chair that measures 3’H x 1.5’ W x 1.5’ D = 6.75’ x $1.00; your per day storage charge would be $6.75 per day, per chair.

PRE-PLANNED STORAGE

Pre-planned storage can be offered at a discounted rate at discretion of management. We require that the order be paid in advance and that we have a credit card number on file. Storage fees will be billed to that credit card weekly or monthly.

No rugs can be stored more than 3 months. Anything after 3 months client will be responsible for making off site storage arrangements after that.

No upholstery can be stored more than 2 weeks. Anything after 2 weeks client will be responsible for making off site storage arrangements after that.
