We are OPEN and here for you should you need any cleaning of your Carpet, Area Rugs, Upholstery, and Hard Surface Floors. Our Office/Rug Spa will remain open for curbside rug drop offs and pickups*. As this could possibly change, we recommend calling before visiting us at our office. Our on site hours will continue to be appointment based.

JANSSEN’S COVID 19 SAFETY PROTOCOL

In order to operate safely and protect our clients and team members, we will practice social distancing while in your home/office and we have modified our processes to include the following: While working we will be wearing face coverings. All team members are washing hands frequently and using Hand Sanitizer. We are cleaning and disinfecting our hoses and tools after each job. When requested we will wear a fresh pair of disposable gloves, and a fresh pair of disposable shoe covers. Any team member that is not feeling well, will stay home.


MODIFIED SERVICE OPTIONS

CARPET, TILE, STONE, AND WOOD CLEANING

Our company “Covid Safety Protocol” will be followed. During indoor cleanings, we ask that occupants keep social distance. Most clients have been staying in another room, vacating the property, or enjoying the fresh air in their backyards while we clean.

AREA RUG CLEANING

Full-Service Pick Up and Delivery: Schedule an appointment and our technicians will come into your home using our company “Covid Safety Protocol”, perform an in-home inspection and get your approval for cleaning. They will move light furniture and remove your area rug. Once cleaning is done, delivery will be made in the home and our technicians will re-install your rug.

Porch Pick Up and Drop Off: Schedule an appointment, roll up your rugs, and place them on your porch. Our technicians will pick them up and perform the inspection outside your home (weather permitting) or at our Rug Spa. We will then contact you by phone with inspection details and get your approval for cleaning via email. Once cleaning is done, our technicians will drop your rugs off on your porch at a scheduled time. Payments can be made by placing a check under your doormat or via online credit card payments.  

Curbside Drop Off and Pick Up at our Rug Spa in Glendale: Just pull up curbside, give us a call from your cell phone, pop your trunk, and we will carry the rug into our Rug Spa. Sit tight in the car while we inspect your rug and we will call you with inspection details and get your approval for cleaning via email. Once cleaning is done, we will call you and let you know your rugs are ready for pick up. Pull up curbside, give us a call so we know you are there, pop your trunk and we will place it in for you. Payments can be made by placing a check in your trunk or via online credit card payments.  *Please call ahead before coming to our location to make sure we have technicians on site to remove or place the rugs in your vehicle*

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Indoor Cleaning: Our company “Covid Safety Protocol” will be followed. During indoor cleaning, we ask that occupants keep social distance. Most clients have been staying in another room, vacating the property, or enjoying the fresh air in their backyards while we clean.

Yard/Outside Home Upholstery Cleaning: Our company “Covid Safety Protocol” will be followed. Our technicians will come into your home and carefully take your upholstered furniture outside to be cleaned. Once the cleaning process is complete, our technicians will carefully return your furniture to its proper place.

Outdoor Furniture Cleaning: Our company “Covid Safety Protocol” will be followed. We can do this entire process without stepping foot inside your home. We can access your yard, under your instruction. Out technician call you and over the phone review your cleaning needs and get your approval over the phone for cleaning, and payment arrangements.

SMALL PIECE Upholstery Cleaning (anything that can easily be carried by one person) Curbside Drop Off and Pick Up at our Office in Glendale: Just pull up curbside, give us a call from your cell phone, pop your trunk, and we will carry the piece into our office. VACANT OR SEMI-VACANT PROPERTIES – BUSINESSES CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, RENTALS, HOME SALE PREP

Right now is the PERFECT time to clean temporarily closed or minimally staffed businesses, churches and/or vacant properties between tenants. Even in vacant or minimally occupied properties our company “Covid Safety Protocol” will still be followed.
